Privacy policy
Last updated 7 October 2026. This policy explains how Bahula Blue Labs LLP (“we”), which manages KYRO EDGE and its product KyroBazaar, handles personal data, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

What we collect on this website
- Demo-store requests. When you use the form, we collect the WhatsApp number or store/Instagram link you type in. It is emailed to our team so we can reply; the website does not keep it in a database.
- Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider to run and secure the site. We use the IP address briefly to block spam.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not sell personal data.
Why we use it
Only to respond to you, set up a demo you asked for, and follow up about KyroBazaar. You can tell us to stop at any time.
Data on the KyroBazaar platform
Fashion labels that use KyroBazaar (our clients) store their own customer and order data on the platform. For that data, the client decides how it is used and we process it on their behalf under our agreement with them. Card payments are handled by the payment gateway’s hosted checkout; card details never reach our servers.
Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us run the service, such as:
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Resend (delivering demo-request emails to our team)
- Cloudflare (images and media)
- DigitalOcean (platform hosting)
- Payment gateways and courier partners, for orders placed on client storefronts
How long we keep it
Demo-request details are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, then deleted. Platform data is kept for as long as the client’s account is active, plus any period required by law (for example, GST record-keeping).
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it is used
- correct, complete or update it
- erase it, or withdraw consent you gave earlier
- nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf
Email info@kyroedge.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
